Enhanced control over the "reviewed" radio button in the B2Bi Sterling Integrator UI

The B2Bi Sterling Integrator UI enables users to view the current status of inbound and outbound file processing to target systems. As part of managing a production live service, we have encountered some issues whereby files have been incorrectly replayed in error. The UI has a "reviewed" icon which will allow a user to tick the box on a FAILED file. This will demonstrate to other users within the UI that the failed file has been assessed/reviewed on its own merit.

However, this button can be unticked again freely which can cause confusion and in a worst case scenario, a secondary user may decide to replay the file if the primary person who reviewed the file decided a replay was not necessary. As an IBM product, can you create a more robust mechanism in the UI to avoid this scenario where the radio button cannot be unchecked after it was marked as "reviewed" ?
