File System Adapter (FSA) Timeout

Customer has BPs that writes and/or reads files to/from a NFS server. Once there was  a problem of slowness in their NFS server where the NFS response was very slow.

There are thousand of workflows running at that time

SFG collapsed after a certain time because those BPs were halted, halting, active and waiting.

RFE goal is to suggest some adapter parameter such as "setSoTimeout" so that parameter would avoid the adapter on collapsing the SFG.

Besides that, would be great is this kind of NFS slowness/outage be logged.
