Provide availability and functionallity for Property Files from DB in order to use them in containers and On-Premise installations (essentially customer_overrides) description:

According to Support/Lab advice, we proceed to open the following RFE.
The intention is to provide fully the use of properties from databases no matter if there is being used an on-premise or containers installation of the SBI.
This functions were recommended in the documentation from IBM, however there were detected some bugs after migration of the environment.

One of the main goals of this RFE is also to provide clear visibility about which value and from where is being extracted the information of the property. Nowadays the queueWatcher shows which properties are on use but only the properties located in filesystem, however the DB located properties are not being shown properly as it´s not working. The customer would surely appreciate this function to be available.

Our installation of the SBI product is on premise. Some of the properties values were being extracted successfully from DB however some of those were not, and that is why we opened
cases in order to solve this later called bug of the system.

Kind regards.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. I truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations and ideas.

I need a little more information to understand your idea. Reading the associated support ticket, it seems the ask is to update our documentation to clarify when and how customer_overrrides can be used, both for FS and DB?

CLA2 server properties cannot be stored in the DB as it does not have access to the database. We recommend running the CLA2 server separate from the ASI pod in it's own JVM as it's role is to invoke external processes. If the request is to add the CLA2 server properties into customer.overrides, you will need to give us more details on your specific use case and which properties are problematic for your deployment scenario.
