We have a custom business process defined, where we are retrying the failed step, especially the SFTP connection failures
We were able to retry the failed step, but the basic status stay as error, in turn causing the jobs triggered from TWS failed.
We are using workflowLauncher.sh to trigger the Business Process, which is getting the return value to be failed, though the process was successful on retry
We would like to change the basic status/return value to be successful in this case.
What is your industry? | Consumer Products |
How will this idea be used?
If the status of business process is changed to successful after subsequent retries, there will be very less number of errors that will occur |
