Revive Health Check Utility for Sterling Integrator

We had been widely using the Health Check Utility to examine the health and performance of the application on a weekly basis. After the utility was removed from recent versions, we are having difficulty validating the application on a routine basis. 

We created case for the same and were told, "If you want this utility or any alternate utility to be provided with the future version of the product, you can open an RFE". 

The features that we used primarily are listed below. 

1) Database Scanners

2) Log Scanner

3) Password Scanner 

Please provide your suggestions if these features can be obtained by any workaround or if we can get any inbuilt process to perform the above functions.
