Enhance AS2 logging to include TLS information

How will this idea be used?

The idea is to add the additional detail, so we can monitor the different TLS usage. This information will allow us to plan and configure our environment cryptographic protocols. One use case is to confirm that no Trading Partner is using a weak cipher before we disable it in Sterling Integrator.
