Partner P is associated with a community C. The community is associated with a PGP key PK. Now if partner encrypts the message with public key associated with PK and signs with his private key then SFG can decrypt and process the file.
However if partner encrypts the message with alternate public key PK2 and signs with his private key then SFG fails in decrypting the file.
Both the keys PK and PK2 and present in the key ring. With GPG and other PGP products this works fine.
