Allow upgrade of SFG Clustered environment using SSL connection to DB2

The Db2 Configuration needs to be modified to allow a non-ssl connection to the DB, this is a security violation in our environment. Then we need to make several modifications to customer_overrides.properties, jdbc.properties.in & Sandbox.cfg and run setupfiles.sh for the changes to take effect. Once the Upgrade is complete then we need to revert all the changes in DB2 as well as the SFG configuration.

    Thanks for the feedback. We agree this needs to be addressed to align with functions available with Oracle. We are reviewing and looking to prioritize in a future release. Feel free to contact with questions.
