Sterling B2B Integrator Container version ability to map to window servers

We are in the middle of a project to move from B2B/SFG on a Windows VM to a container environment using Red Hat OpenShift. The hold up for this project is our ability to map to windows servers. We have over 700 shares/directories to map.

It is critical that we maintain our ability to map to both netapp and windows servers. We are asking IBM for a fix to allow the container version of Sterling B2B/SFG to do SMB.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

We currently map to windows and netapp shares using the code list within B2B. This will allow us to continue using this functionality within the B2B container version. If this is added to the container code we will not have to rely on 700 mount PV's or re-deployment of the application/pods.

The problem with PV's is that we constantly add new shares (windows & netapp) to deliver files. This is done hourly/daily. Updating helm charts/re-deploying the application for every update is not an option for us. We need the ability to continue doing business the way we do on Windows VM with Sterling Integrator. Which means updating the code list only and then being able to deliver files. We have tight service level agreements for the delivery of files, so application uptime must be 100% during the week and weekends.
