Add DR profile when primary doesn't work

Provide feature to add disaster recovery(DR) IPs by various partners for their primary sites while we setup sftp or other protocol remote profiles while configuring the profile. As on date, there is no way for SFG to setup so that the disaster recovery IPs and related configuration so that they can can be picked up when an existing primary site profile is not connectable / accessible. Given that almost all sftp sites has DR setups in-place, most of the partners provide these details to us, but we had to go and switch the remote profile to be DR for us to be able to fetch/ deliver files from / to DR profile.
