remove hard coded SMTP information from standard BP

In current business environments most connections to SMTP servers don't use plain SMTP port 25 any more but use secure ports like 465 or 587.

With current hard coded value 25 for SMTP port many of the standard BPs can't send emails even if the correct ports have been maintained in the according SMTP Service Adapter configurations.

Therefor manual adjustments need to be done to standard BPs and to make things worse this needs to be redone after each Fix/Patch implemented. This is not acceptable.

Idea will allow to use the standard BPs of B2B Integrator by just configuring the according SMTP Adapters with secure SMTP ports which are currently widely used.
