Currently the User Id information of a SB2Bi / SFG / MyFG User is case-sensitive. This means that when creating the user with myUserId
as the UserID, the authentication will only be possible by entering myUserId
(and not myuserid
or MYUSERID
which will result in an authentication error), and this although for a User setup with external authentication using e.g. a LDAP server the userId is case-insensitive.
Actually the error occurs before the authentication because SI cannot find the user in its DB.
Change Requester: Add a property that enables the login to SB2Bi / SFG / MyFG in a case-insensitive mode.

Agree with need for this. We have multiple trading partners who are having trouble with case-sensitivity on account names in SFG/B2BI.
