The customer wants the ability to download their assets—maps, envelopes, codelists, communication setups, and routing rules—from our SaaS platform via APIs. This will allow them to maintain a local backup of latest copies of these assets.

Option on "Sendor ID" for GS ID in addition to ISA.

We have partners with a Generic ISA ID, but the GS is specific. When searching by sendor and receiver, it would be beneficial to be able to use the GS instead.

Alert Notification for pre-processing and post processing steps Delay (AS2, Doc extract and processing delays)

ASN notifications for customers. SLAs with customers which require ASNs to be sent within a 29 minute window. Failures in pre-processing steps are not visible in Inflight until doc extract is completed and translation action is processing.
