Enhance ITX importer for ddf

Enhacning the ITX imorter to be able to generate type tree from ddf or native usage of ddf would be an useful advantage. Many a times migrating from Sterling mapper to ITX is not straight forward when there is no industry standard being used.

Display Starting position of the field in field level properties for "FIXED, IMPLICIT" group/file.

In ITX, when the group is defined as fixed and implicit, to identify a field position most of the time we must sum up the field length of previous fields when there is no layout. This would simplify the identification of field in positional files.
