ITXA BulkEnvelopeDelete

When using the UI &/or BulkEnvelopeDelete to delete actual envelopes it also needs to cleanup the SPE_TRANSACTION_REGISTER table entries!!

ITXA need BulkCodelistDelete & BulkMapDelete

There is no BulkCodelistDelete or BulkMapDelete option to clean up old version of codelist or maps. The one for Envelopes is great where you can delete all or old, as well as providing a list if you so choose.

Support Open API 3.0 specifications int he OpenAPI typetree importer

As of now the OpenAPI importer only support swagger 2.0 json format. However, as the OpenApi V3 in json/yaml become more and more common it would be very usefull for ITX to support it.
