Add more SUBMIT traps for Control Center for Connect Direct File Agent

Additional SUBMIT traps have been added to Control Center 6.0.0.1 with Connect Direct File Agent 1.4 iFix021 or higher. While some of these are useful, there still is not one available that tells which File Agent rule was updated.
