Automation for running the configCC in SCC

As of now we cant run configCC.sh/bat script, we have to enter the host details manually. Even we cant use silent file to provide these information.

CC 6.1 handling more than 10 alerts at a time

Need ICC be able to monitor SEAS servers. Currently, ICC can monitor SSP and SFG. It should alos monitor SEAS.
