Add support for PUT messages to AWS SQS and AWS SNS

Today B2B has only support for GET messages from AWS SQS, we also needs support to PUT messages do AWS SQS. In additional will be nice if we have support for PUT messages to AWS SNS, because we use AWS SNS do automate notifications to many AWS SQS.
