Limit number of alerts for same BP failure

We have set up an alert that sends an email for a Business Process that is processed with errors. At a given time, there may be thousands of failures for the same BP, and we do not want to receive emails for each and every failure of the same kind.

For security reasons we don't use SQL Authentication for local accounts. We use domain service accounts. We would like to see the CC adopt this option for authentication.
