Add the ability to configure multiple IP addresses in a NETMAP config instead of just one.

This is useful as clients can change their servers or flip to DR when there is an issue and we have to update the same netmap config or have a CLP do it. Allowing this would be like MQ where we can have multiple IP's in a connection string. Many C...
