Utility option to a view only mode for SSP configuration

Currently the only way to view a configuration (Adapter, netmap,policy, etc ) is to open it for editing. This causes unnecessary riskto accidentally make changes of production configurations.

CD Windows: Support por codepages ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-15

Actually Cd Windows uses mlang.dll of Microsoft for codepage transaltion. This mlang.dll can't work with codepages ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-15. CD Windows must be changed to use another APIs to support ISO Latin codepages

Copy to Sharepoint UNC path using WebDAV@SSL protocol instead of SMB/CIFS

currently C:D can copy to Sharepoint shares only using SMB/CIFS protocol we need to copy to a Sharepoint share which is accessible using WebDAV@SSL protocol \\our.sharepoint.local@SSL\DavWWWRoot\sites\abcxyz\Shared Documents\destination-folder\

BKFS - Centralized administrator User Provisioning for SSP

User accounts created in LDAP must also be created in the following GUIs: SFG, SSP, and Control Center. Ability to centralize/ "one time" provisioning for all Sterling software would simplify the system administration.
