Sterling filegateway does not support Windows Authentication

Sterling filegateway does not support Windows Authentication, currently it just supports SQL authtentication, this is causing issues with keeping up to current security standards.

Delete all button under Envelopes->Documents awaiting enveloping screen is only deleting the entries of a single page instead of deleting all entries at a time. Make sure this button deletes all entries after giving a confirmation pop up at a time while clicking on Delete All
