Add Password Expiration to the Password Policy for Control Center

Need to be able to search/filter by process name for SLCs

We just recently upgraded our Test Control Center environment to 6.3.0.1. We've noticed that we cannot search by process name in the SLCs section. Only SLC Name and Description are available. This was available in 6.2.0.1.
