Reason codes in Important events tab under order line details page should be visible after re-shiping the order line

After reshipping the order line, we are unable to see the reason codes on the order line details page under Important Events tab. We wnated to know how these important events gets populated. Please refer IBM PMR#: TS016070217 - thanks, Avnish

PEM Cloud Application Outage Notification List

Currently, we have no way of knowing if there are PEM Cloud Application outages/issues. Having a outage email notification field will allow us to add a distribution list or a list of emails to contact us.

Employ "Set Full Reship Quantity" When Doing Reships in Next Gen Call Center

When performing returns in Next Gen Call Center, you have the ability to "Set Full Return Quantity" on the screen. We would like to see the same thing available when utilizing the Reship functionality. Please see attachment
