DateTime Functions should handle Epoch as well

We're receiving a message where the timestamps are in Epoch notation. ToDateTime and FromDateTime (and maybe other related functions) should be able to handle this so it can be treated and/or formatted in a human-readable format.

Creation of an ANSI X12 type tree that supports Plan Member Reporting.

The transaction is actually an 834 but is different from the 005010X220A1 834 used for Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance. The GS08 value for this transaction is 005010X318 and the TR3 was releases in November 2016.

Update the EBICS HAC schema to comply with standard

the xml schema used in EBICS HAC is ISO20022 pain.002.001.05 when it should be pain.002.001.03 according to the 2.5 version of the standard. Even more, in version 3.0 is not updated to .05 and still remains .03 (need to be doubled checked though)
