Queued Process Monitor needs to be updated

There are instances where the queued process monitor shows processes that are sometimes days old. There should be a way to ensure that processes in the Queued Processes are actually running.

Enhancement to Server Inventory Report - Add File Agent version

I think it would be useful if the version of File Agent that is being used for a Connect Direct server (Windows or UNIX) be displayed on this report as well. Especially for Connect Direct Windows because File Agent is still a separate component.

Since Connect Direct Web Services is a component of Connect Direct and uses certificates for securing connections to the Connect Direct, there needs to be a way to receive warnings when a certificate is due to expire from Control Center.

Operating System version to be collected by ICC and displayed.

Currently Control Center shows the Operating system as UNIX, Windows etc. It would be more beneficial if Control Center could display the actual OS version , eg Windows 2012, RedHat 6.8.
