    Allow manual parameter setting (Define min/max, hold one issue, hold zero issues, etc.) despite an E RO error.

    Currently, I am unable to set manual reorder values if an item has an E RO error. Since I do not need the tool's recommendations in these cases, I would rather not have to adjust my settings to clear the error before I set the parameters.
