dtxmaptrace utility command on AIX

Currently we can only execute the dtxmaptrace.sh to extract the trace information from binary files. Can this be updated to be executed as an utility command, similar to dtxcmdsv?

ITX 10 Design Server import into B2Bi (no ITX-A installed)

As an initial product deployment please provide all HIPAA standard code lists available as part of the ITXA tool. If needed updates to the Code lists before IBMs next scheduled upgrade as a customer we can maintain.
