In FinPay PLUS 10.2.3.0 euroSIC messages are missing Business Application Header (BAH)

In the euroSIC schema, the BAH is based on the "classic" head.001.001.01 ( https://www2.swift.com/mystandards/#/mx/head.001.001.01 ) . The header is required for all euroSIC messages.

CX P1B2PREQ : means to transmit a PI99 of 254 caracters

In the utility P1B2PREQ there is no means to send a PI99 longer then 80 caracters. We have to use an exit to transmit 254 caracters, which is the PESIT limit. It's too complicate.
