Allow for generic or service accounts that don't expire passwords for systems making calls

Either allow for generic or service accounts with non-expiring passwords or allow for other authentication means for apps that are making calls. Resetting every x days is intrusive.

ITXA - SWIFT envelope creation for MT940 - header block {2: is being created with '1', however, the Delivery Monitoring field is optional and not accepted with PRIORITY = N via SWIFT Network testing

Currently the Trading Partner UI does not have an option of 2 or blank when the user selects the Normal Priority in the Swift Envelope. The Swift Network either accepts a value of 2 or blank.
