TLS1.3 is currently adopted most secure way of secure communication and IBM ConnectDirect on HPE NonStop is still not supporting TLS1.3.

This is required to comply with US Federal Security requirements mandated to all US Federal Agencies.

As IBM support feedback from TS011512648. Connect Direct does not have a file locking feature on the NAS level. This should be basic security features when it comes to moving of files. appreciate if this could be added in the future release of Connect Direct.

Basic Security feature comes from the OS level that should be handled also on Connect Direct.
